I found the breakfast buffet quite excellent with many different choices. it included japanese, chinese, thai, and western dishes. there was also a lot of fresh fruit available. i booked a premium beautiful with lounge access. The room was spacious with a great view.
the pool did not have a room where i could shower or change. i needed to change inside the toilet instead

I found the location convenient with direct access to both bts and the airport rail link. the in-house app was helpful for making requests smoothly. the room was equipped well. It was modern and clean. staff members were consistently polite and ready to help with anything i needed.
the absence of varied options in the buffet became apparent, especially when i was staying for a few days. A rotation or slight menu change would improve this.

The swimming pools are marvellous. I appreciated having several options to enjoy. the pool has convenient spots, also offering sunset views across the city. Some areas of the pool are great for children. i found the facilities quite amazing.

the staff exhibited amazing kindness and professionalism i found the early check-in a thoughtful gesture breakfast provided a varied and high quality selection the executive lounge access included many added perks i liked the location as it allowed easy access to both the bts skytrain and airport rail link
the gym became somewhat crowded during peak hours which occasionally made it difficult to find available equipment quickly
